We want you to love your Gimmie Jewelry purchase! If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to make it right.

✅ Returns

  • Eligibility: Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (including jewelry box, tags, and certificates, if applicable).

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Custom or personalized jewelry

    • Final sale/clearance items

    • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase.

  • You may exchange for a different size, color, or style of equal or greater value (price difference applies).

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, Gimmie Jewelry will cover return shipping fees.

📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Pack your jewelry securely and drop it off with the carrier.
